Things are picking up around here...

Things around here are picking up.  We have had a great week with a Royals game; a day with friends at their house, playing in their pool; then Sunday, a day of psuedo-rest.  Monday had me back in the grind with a PTA budget meeting, visit to the bank to change signatures on the account and 3 random phone calls.  So that was about 5 hours yesterday.  I managed to make it to the gym and dragged my daughter along.  I think she is going to be surprised at how hard volleyball camp is going to be next week.

My Scentsy world is getting bigger and bigger and I am so excited to have some income along with the flexibility of remaining a mom first.  Will is getting ready to start soccer and my gorgeous daughter is about to start high school and I know I won't have to miss a minute of it!!  I think I need to write a letter to some salon owners and tell them about Scentsy. My friend who sells Scentsy candles at her salon does really well.  She just puts the sample testers in her clients' laps and has her warmers all over, providing beautiful lighting and soothing fragrance.  Next thing you know, her customer has written another check for her new Scentsy warmers and bars.  I think tanning salon owners would sell Scentsy pretty easily as well.  I think I will be writing a letter next...back to "work"!
